When to study

The problem of when to study is critical. A good rule of thumb is that studying should be carried out only when you are rested, alert, and have planned for it. Last minute studying just before a class is usually a waste of time.

Field trip to Weather station.

Tanzania Meteorological Agency (TMA) celebrated world meteorological day on 23rd March, Friday amongst many schools from Dar- es- Salaam MSB was privileged to visit weather station on the same day.
Classes 4 and 5 along with their teachers visited the weather station to gain first hand knowledge on weather instruments.

Highlights of the day.

- Guided tour with a meteorologist.
- Explanations and experiments on the recording of weather.
- Interaction with pupils and teachers from other schools.
- Interview with a journalist from the newspaper “This day”

FIELD TRIP TO TANZANIA RED CROSS

TANZANIA RED CROSS

On 22nd March 2007.
We left the school at 8:40 a.m

Mr. Ally introduced himself to the pupils and then started explaining about First Aid.

He demonstrated on nose bleeding, bee sting, burns and snake bite and the first aid given to it.

He explained about poisonous substances, and its precautions.
Poisonous substance such as;
Toxic, corrosive, flammable, explosive.

Drink fresh milk if a person takes toxic substances.
Illustration of signs and danger signs.
The above illustration took 1hour and 15 minutes.
