AGENDA: 11.30pm – 12.00pm – General discussion 12.00pm – 12.30pm – Class wise discussions, with their teachers regarding the syllabus, workbooks etc. Your presence will be highly appreciated.
Payments for the workbook can be done as per your requirements to the respective class teacher after the meeting. (Booklist is attached for your reference). You are requested to bring the exact amount of money as we will not be in a position to return your change.

Ref: MSB/16/Cir.3 Monday, February 12, 2007 Dear Parents, Re: School fees for the year 2007 This is to inform you that we have attached the sample of pay in slip for submission of school fees for your child.
The column of whatever the amount should be filled by you and paid to bank immediately. The annual fee for Nursery is Shs 600,000 per year and Primary and Secondary is Shs 540,000. We request you to pay by end of Feb.
Note: Please pay fees for each child on a separate slip.
Incase of any question please do communicate to us in advance.

We would like you to buy all the materials for the Art subject as per the following brand:
• Faber Castel Pencil Colours : 12 colours
• Camel or Faber Castle Oil Pastel: small box 24 colours
• Liquid Glue – small bottle
• A pair of small scissors
Please ensure that your child brings all the above materials from next week during their art lessons.
